Returned items that have been subject to a free shipping offer and are being returned for a monetary refund not exchanged goods or a credit note will have our delivery cost deducted from the amount refunded.

 

 

 

 

UK Delivery

UK delivery has three options:

Royal Mail Tracked 24 - Usually takes 1-2 working days but we cannot guarantee this. This is a tracked and sign for service.

Royal Mail Tracked 48 - Typically takes 3-5 working days but may take longer under some circumstances. This is a tracked and sign for service.

Royal Mail Special Delivery -  Is a next day premium tracked service and will arrive before 13:00 next working day (Orders must be placed before 13:00 for same day despatch)

                                                                                                                                    

We aim to despatch all orders that are placed before 1pm on any weekday, as long as the item you have ordered is in stock and there are no other issues. If you place an order over the weekend the order will be despatched on the following Monday. You will receive an email notifying when your order has been despatched.

Please note that during exceptionally busy periods your order may be delayed in despatch by 2-3 days. We will always try to inform you if this is the case.

EU Delivery & Customs 

European delivery typically takes 5-10 working days but can take longer depending on time of year and how far the destination is from the UK. Covid and Brexit have extended these shipping times for some EU countries so if you haven't received your package in the estimated time-frame, please follow the tracking provided and contact us if you are concerned about delays.

As from the 01/07/21: For any orders under £130 / €150 delivered in the EU,  we will include the VAT at checkout at the rate of the destination country. This means no duties or taxes will be due in the receiving country. 

Orders over £130 / €150 delivered in the EU will not charge VAT or duties at checkout and these taxes and duties will be collected in the destination country.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot advise you what the cost will be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for current charges before you order, so you are not surprised by charges you were not expecting.

*If you refuse to pay the customs duties in the destination country and the package is returned to us we will deduct the initial shipping fee from any refunds given. In addition to this if we incur further charges as a result of your rejection of the parcel these will be passed on to you or deducted from any refund given. 

 

International Delivery & Customs 

International delivery typically takes 7-12 with Royal Mail or 1-3 working days with DHL depending on the destination but can take longer under certain circumstances. 

Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

As from the 01/01/21: For any products delivered outside of the UK and the EU, the 20% VAT will automatically be removed from the products when you reach the checkout. Please be aware that you as the customer will be responsible for paying customs duty/excise duty and/or import VAT that may arise at the delivery destination.

Missing Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated times set out above then we have a few steps:

  1. Check with any neighbours to see if that package has been delivered to them without a note
  2. Check the local postal delivery office. Sometimes packages can be returned here without notification
  3. We are not responsible for orders placed with an incorrect address

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns on all full priced items in a resaleable condition complete with tags. The item must be unworn and in its original condition.

If your return is found to be in an unsaleable condition, you may be given the option of it being returned to you at your expense, or having a fee applied to cover our cleaning / ironing costs, this will be deducted from any refund given. 

Examples of unsaleable include: 

  • Heavily creased garments
  • Missing Tags 
  • Any stains or signs of having been worn

Our garments are premium quality and deserve respect. Managing poorly handled returns takes considerable time and energy. Please consider this when returning your items to all online retailers.
