Christmas Returns 2022

To help you shop with confidence this season, our Christmas returns policy is valid between 7th November and 19th December 2022. Any purchases made online or in store between these dates can be returned up until 9th January 2023. For all other order placed outside of these dates our normal returns policy will apply. 

Our Returns Policy 

We accept returns on all full priced items in a resalable condition complete with tags. The item must be unworn and in its original condition.

We will offer a full refund on full-priced goods (excluding any shipping cost) on your order if you return it back to us within 21 days of your receipt. Returns after this date will only be accepted at our discretion. We will refund the card that the original order was placed on within 3 days of receipt of your return, however the refund may take up to 10 days to complete dependent on the card issuer. 

If your return is found to be in an unsaleable condition, you may be given the option of it being returned to you at your expense, or having a fee applied to cover our cleaning / ironing costs, this will be deducted from any refund given. 

Examples of unsaleable include: 

  • Heavily creased garments
  • Missing Tags 
  • Any stains or signs of having been worn

Our garments are premium quality and deserve respect. Managing poorly handled returns takes considerable time and energy. Please consider this when returning your items to all online retailers.

You will receive an email confirmation of the refund when it is processed. Once your return is received and inspected we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If the item is approved then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

If you bought from us in-person, please send us an email at hola@idioma.world with details of your purchase.

Shipping

Please note we are not responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Original order shipping costs are also non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over £50, it may be worth considering using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

It is also advisable to keep your shipping receipt just in case your shipment fails to reach our offices. This represents proof that you have sent the item back. If you hold on to this and your Return doesn’t turn up, then a claim by yourself can be submitted to the parcel carrier.

If you are returning goods from outside the UK please clearly mark the package as 'returned goods free of duty and tax' otherwise the goods will be unclaimed and returned to you.  

Exchanges

To begin an exchange please go to returns.idioma.world and enter your order number & email. Once we have confirmed availability of your replacement product you will need to send your item back to our stock centre. 

Once we have checked the condition of your item and confirmed the availability of the requested exchange we will send out the replacement free of charge. Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, there is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If possible please check with your bank that the payment is not pending. If you still have not received your refund, please contact us at hola@idioma.world
