What is Hahnemuhle German Photorag Paper?

Hahnemuhle German Photorag Paper is a premium, 100% cotton paper renowned for its smooth texture and matte finish. It offers museum-quality prints with outstanding colour reproduction and fine detail.

Shipping Details

A3 prints will ship flat in a rigid cardboard envelope, A2 and A1 prints will ship rolled in a cardboard tube. Prints are made to order and are nonrefundable. Damaged prints will be replaced. With all prints allow an extra 1-2 days for despatch.

Free Shipping

Free UK Shipping: On orders over £150.

Free EU Shipping: On orders over £300.

Please note: If you return an item that was part of a free shipping offer and are requesting a monetary refund (rather than an exchange or credit note), the delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.


UK Delivery (Royal Mail)

We offer the following delivery options for the UK:

Royal Mail Tracked 24: Usually takes 1-2 working days (note: delivery times are a guideline and not guaranteed).

Royal Mail Tracked 48: Typically takes 3-5 working days, but may take longer in some cases. This is a tracked and signature-required service.

Royal Mail Special Delivery: Next-day delivery (before 13:00 the following working day). Orders must be placed by 13:00 for same-day dispatch.

Order Dispatch: We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1pm on weekdays (subject to stock availability and no issues). Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched on the following Monday. You'll receive an email once your order has been dispatched.

Delays: During exceptionally busy periods, dispatch may be delayed by 2-3 days. We will notify you if this happens.


EU Delivery & Customs

We cannot deliver to International Packstations or mail lockers.

Delivery Times: Typically takes 5-10 working days, but can take longer depending on the destination, time of year, and any delays related to Covid or Brexit. If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please follow the tracking and contact us if you have concerns.

VAT and Duties:

For orders under £130 / €150: VAT is included at checkout, and no additional taxes or duties will be due upon arrival.

For orders over £130 / €150: VAT is not charged at checkout, but duties and taxes will be collected by customs in the destination country.

Customs & Import Duties: We have no control over these charges and cannot advise you on specific costs, as they vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office to avoid unexpected charges.

If you refuse to pay customs duties and the parcel is returned, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Additional fees incurred due to refusal will also be passed on to you or deducted from the refund.


International Delivery & Customs

Delivery Times: International orders typically take 7-12 working days with Royal Mail or 1-3 working days with DHL, depending on the destination.

Customs Duties: International orders are subject to customs charges once they reach the destination country. The recipient is responsible for paying these fees.

VAT Removal: From 01/01/21, VAT will be automatically removed for orders delivered outside the UK and EU at checkout. However, you will be responsible for paying any customs duties, excise duties, or import VAT that may apply.

As with EU orders, we have no control over these charges, and we recommend contacting your local customs office before ordering to avoid surprises.

Missing Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe:

Check with neighbors: Sometimes packages are left with them without a notification.

Visit your local postal office: Packages may be returned there without notice.

Incorrect address: We are not responsible for orders placed with an incorrect address.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for full-priced items in resalable condition with tags attached. The item must be unworn and in its original condition.

Unacceptable Returns: Items in an unsaleable condition may be returned to you at your expense or incur a fee to cover cleaning/ironing costs. This fee will be deducted from your refund. Examples of unsaleable items include:

  • Heavily creased garments
  • Missing tags
  • Stains or signs of wear

We value our premium-quality garments and ask that you return items with care. Properly handled returns make the process smoother for both parties.
